Jackies Internationals hotel division, part of Certified Hospitality Corp., will experience tremendous growth over the next four years with 13 hotels scheduled for construction. Dr. Sethi began building hotels almost 20 years ago, but typically in a developer capacity. He would build the properties and then sell them to other owner/operators. Upon seeing the potential for this division and the growth possible in Mississippi and Louisiana for the hotel industry, we began both constructing and operating our hotels in 1997. Certified Hospitality Corp currently both owns and operates 11 hotels in Mississippi and Louisiana and manages two.
